How did you find out about us? Facebook ( August 2018) 

Why did you start coming to class? After a surgery I had, I needed to build my strength. I also wanted to hang out with my dog. This was the perfect answer!

Were you nervous before your first class?Not at all!

What makes you keep coming?  I like the workouts for both of us and LOVE the people/dogs that workout with us!

How would you describe Fitness with Fido to someone who has never been to a class:
This is exercise for you and your dog. It keeps you both in good shape and helps build the bond you have with you dog. It also introduces your dog to other dogs and they really enjoy each others company!

I am so glad I found Fitness with Fido. It is so much fun!
