Who has tried Spaghetti Squash?

This is one of our fall favorites! 🍁

It’s yummy and a low carb alternative to pasta! Plus it’s high in beta carotene, which is beneficial for eyesight for you and your dog 🐶

Plus it’s super easy to make too!

 

 

Directions:
-cut it in half and clean out the seeds
-sprinkle some salt and pepper and oil on them
-put them flat down on a baking sheet
-add some water to the baking sheet
-bake in oven on 375° for 45-60 min
-let it cool, then use a fork to make the spaghetti and scoop it into your bowls
-add sauce. I used pumpkin butternut sauce from ALDI USA
