All classes are approximately an hour. All the classes provide mental and physical stimulation for the dogs and everyone can work at their own pace. Save time by exercising with your dog instead of going on walks and to the gym! It provides socialization, work on doggie manners, you’ll both look and feel better, but most importanly it’s a great bonding time for the both of you!

Aerobarks– This class is more high intensity to make you sweat and your dog tired. It may include agility hurdles, running hills, body weight exercises and of course abs!

Arms– We focus on the upper body (biceps/triceps, back/chest/shoulders) using bodyweight exercises and resistance bands. Play games like puppy push ups or puppy high fives

Cardio Canine – Are you ready to sweat? This class will focus on higher intensity movements like agility hurdles for your dog and jumping jacks for you! Of course anything can be modified. We always end class with a good stretch for our warmed up muscles. 

Get Fit with Fido (Strength & Conditioning)– A little bit of everything in this class. We focus on the upper and lower body, drills for speed and agility, balancing exercises. Weave poles, hurdles, buso ball, etc. for dogs and their humans to try.

Legs– We focus on the lower body (squats, lunges, sprints, etc.) using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands. We play games like the Squat & Stay; you squat, your dogs sits, who can hold it the longest?

Pilates or Puplates– First half of class we walk and stop for standing poses/movements. Walking helps the dogs relax. A series of repetitive movements focusing on your core and legs. Then we end with a dog massage.

Yoga or Doga– First half of class we walk and stop for standing poses/movements. Walking helps the dogs relax. We return to the mat for a few stretches for both you and your dog and end with a dog massage.

Yoga/Pilates– A mixture of yoga and pilates and end with a dog massage.
