All classes are approximately an hour. All of the classes provide mental and physical stimulation for the dogs and everyone can work at their own pace. We rotate back and forth between you and your dog, sometimes luring them over and around your body or we bring a variety of equipment to test their skills and confidence.

Here’s some of the benefits:

  • Save time instead of going on walks and to the gym
  • Improved doggie manners
  • Socialization
  • Improved confidence
  • Look and feel better
  • Burn calories and have fun
  • Most importanly it’s a bonding experience

Please bring your own yoga mat, water for both you and your dog, dog treats. One dog/person, friendly dogs only up to date on shots, no retractable leashes. Read more of our FAQs here, especially if it’s your first class to know what to expect and more.

Types of Classes:

Canine Fitness & Conditioning – This class is all for the dogs! We will work on their balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Cross training is important to worker on less used muscles for overall performance and to help reduce injuries on and off the field. Anything can be modified depending on your dogs age, breed, etc.

Doga (Yoga Based) – Yoga is low impact workout focusing on stretching and breathing to help relax. Yoga is great for everybody as it’s low impact, but especially if you’re always on the go to take an hour for yourself, a chance to stretch out overused muscles, older dogs or for dogs to learn stillness. Depending on the space or weather the first half of class we may take a leisurely walk and stop for standing poses/movements to work on your balance and dog’s obedience. Walking helps the dogs relax and set’s the mood, then return back to the mat for stretching. Other times we may rotate back and forth to keep the dogs busy working on different pieces of equipment, obedience or luring them around your body in a certain pose. Then we end with a dog massage.

Get Fit with Fido – This class is more high intensity to make you sweat and your dog tired. It’s great for dogs with a lot of energy. It may include weaving, running hills or puppy push ups and always abs! This class will focus on higher intensity movements like agility hurdles for your dog and jumping jacks for you! Building both of your strength and endurance. Of course anything can always be modified. We always end class with a good stretch for our warmed up muscles.

Pilates with Puppies – This is a special class we do about 6 times a year with local rescue groups featuring adoptable dogs to help them get socialized and maybe find their forever home! Pilates is low impact workout focusing on repetitions of certain movements with a strong focus on the core. While the class does Pilates the dogs run loose for a chance of snuggles, cookies and selfies with the group. It’s a little of a therapeutic experience and a great chance to laugh at the dog’s different personalities.

Puplates (Pilates Based) –  Pilates is low impact workout focusing on repetitions of certain movements with a strong focus on the core. Pilates is great for everybody, but especially older people and dogs as it’s low impact working on balance and back and core strength. Depending on the space or weather the first half of class we may take a leisurely walk and stop for standing poses/movements to work on your balance and dog’s obedience. Walking helps the dogs relax and set’s the mood. Other times we may rotate back and forth to keep the dogs busy working on different pieces of equipment, obedience or luring them around your body in a certain pose. Then we end with a little dog massage.

Virtual Online Classes – We’re offering all the above classes online (except Pilates with puppies). You can stay comfy inside your home even while in your pajamas and your dog by your side! This is a great option as there’s usually less distractions at home compared to group classes and we want your dog to listen to you anywhere! So you can join in wherever, whenever! You will need an internet connection, some type of platform like a stool, stepper, klimb, etc. Possibly weights and hurdle depending on which class. Facebook account and a Zoom Account.
